E-Safety @ St Mary's 

Keeping our pupils safe is always a priority at St Mary’s school and this extends to the way the children use technology. We recently conducted our annual Online Safety survey with some of our Key Stage 2 children. Click on the link below to read some of the key findings:



Internet Matters 

created a very useful leaflet that helps provide useful E-safety tips for parents who have children between the ages of 6-11. Click on HERE to download the leaflet and take a look.

A brilliant story, created by Childnet, that helps younger children understand how to stay safe online: 


NSPCC provide some really good child-friendly videos that help to tackle difficult situations online. They also include great guides on parental controls

Think U Know (Parent area includes sections on information on how to keep your child safe and making a report on behalf of your child) 


Safer Internet Centre (Advice and resources area has a section for parents and carers. It includes a guide to technology and information on setting up parental controls and safety tools on social networking sites)
